Default broken arm and exercise?

I broke my arm and it's in a brace. The brace is only at the top of my arm (its a broken humerus) but I can't really use my arm much. Any good exersizes to replace planks, pushups, etc? Thanks.

I don't know about replacing all those exercises, but there is one exercise that is really good for you, and that is WALKING ... you can do different speeds to vary the intensity. You can do it indoors with WALK OFF THE POUNDS tapes/dvds (like Leslie Sansoon) or outdoors if the weather is good.

Your arm is pretty much immobilized. You will not be able to do excerises with it until the brace is off, and even then you'll have to take it slow for a bit....There are no excerises for your arm....but I agree with the person above. Your legs are still able to do excerise so take advantage. If you don't jog or run, it may be good for you to pick it up
