Default mono & chronic fatigue

i am wondering if anyone has been diagnosed with Chronic fatigue syndrome, and what the symptoms are, and if you have any reading material on it?

i had sever mono when i was 30, and i have heard there is a link to mono in adults and CFS later in life.

thanks

I have fibromyalgia and sometimes I get so fatigued I can't do anything for more than five minutes without sitting or laying down. I sleep constantly but then develop insomnia habits from my strange transitions. I also have accompanying pain with fatigue and often loose my apatite. When I first started having problems I shot up 30lbs in a few weeks during the summer. I've been living with these problems for 3 years now and my body seems to react better.

When I felt super run down I wondered if it was chronic fatigue. It turned out to be hypotyhroid. Then most recently -- low B12, Vit D and magnesium.

HTH!
