Default Bronchitis has stalled my exercise & diet routine!

For the past week I haven't been able to go to the gym due to a major bout of bronchitis. I was doing 50 minutes of cardio a day/5-6 days a week.
Now I've been away for far longer than I like & I want to know when can I safely go back & should I build up to my routine & how long will it take?

Well, your trainer at your gym would know best about that; but I would guess that you should take it easy when you first go back. You likely had to work up to it in the beginning. I think it depends on how long you are out of action so to speak as well. Try to do some walking around your home each day just to get some exercise in. I do that and then up the speed (as I can) going from room to room as I do my daily chores. Hope you are feeling better real soon ...
