10 pounds really isn't much to lose- but my body is fighting me every step of the way, thanks to years of malnutrition b/c of undiagnosed celiac and hypothyroidism.
I do well when I am not eating gluten-free replacements, but now that my four year old is diagnosed as well, I have more empty gluten free carbs around the house than I would like (thanks, grandma....)
I was trained classically as a chef, and do know my way around alternative grains.
Anyone in the same boat? I would love to hear from you.
