Knee awnings?
 

Does anyone know what I am talking about? Little awnings of fat above the knee. I recently noticed that the little awnings are getting bigger. The one above my right knee especially. It is bigger then the one on my left. IT has me worried. I am wondering if more fat could gather there or do I have something seriously wrong. Has anyone that lost weight have them disappear? I am to ashamed and embarrassed to even wear shorts this year. Help any advice on what I can do to get rid of them? I am walking about 1 mile a day and that is all for now. Thanks in advance for any helpful information.

Do you get any knee pain? I get swelling above and left of my left knee, but below and left of the right and the swelling is always larger when I'm having pain (from old knee injuries). I have gotten cortisone shots in the past and it helps both pain and swelling. If it worries you, it might be worth a checkup, especially if there is any pain.

I have no pain with it.
