Default Exercise after miscarriage??

I just miscarried this weekend at 6wks pregnant & would like to get back to exercising once my energy comes back (anemic + blood loss).

I didn't think of asking my doctor on Friday (obviously other things on my mind) so, if anyone has any suggestions ... let me know. Thanks.

Cher, I am so sorry for your loss. If it were me, I'd wait till the doctor's office openned and give them a call. Take it easy, and take care of you.

So sorry for your loss. Don't do anything until you talk to your doctor's office. They are the only ones who can give you advice on this.

Thanks ladies, you're right. I'll hold off on exercising until our check-up on Feb 5th (she's 2.5 hrs drive away).

I just wanted to say that I am very sorry for your loss and totally feel for you. I have been through it 3 times and it is no picnic. That is actually when I started to gain weight was after all of them. I didn't really care at the time. It is good that you are thinking ahead about exercising and such but take some time to heal both physically and emotionally. Good luck in the rest of your journey!
