Anyone out there trying to diet with a vitamin B-12 deficiency?
I just wanted to find out if there was anyone out there trying to diet with a vitamin B-12 deficiency?
I just found out about this deficiency (in my case it's rather severe) and the corresponding anemia. Normally, you're supposed to lose weight with these problems, but no such luck here. They're trying to find the cause of the deficiency, but until then anyone have any suggestions on how to diet and maintain a balanced enough diet to not feed the deficiency?
