Losing weight with hypothyroidism

Hi,,, I am hoping someone can tell me how to lose weight while having hypothyroidism. It has been an up and down battle for me. I am quite active,,, don't eat too much.. but, still can't seem to drop the pounds. HELP! :)

I'm hypothyroid and I lost weight counting calories and exercising. Do your levels stay constant with meds? What does "don't eat too much" mean? I don't mean to sound rude - but until I actually started logging what I was eating I really had no idea how much I was eating. More details, please! :D
