Smile Hello

Hello,
I am a 45 year old female who needs to lose 50 pounds as a mini goal then will see how everything plays out from there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried every diet and pill there is. I know that portion control and exercise is the key. I just need accountability. Any pointers recipes or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
