Starting over and bored.
Did SB two years ago, lost some weight, got cocky, and gained some weight. Starting over and beginning week 2 of Phase 1. Problem - not as motivated or excited as the first time, and so bored of the repititon. Any ideas how to break the monotony. I have a long long way to go. Would appreciate any ideas, help , or kick in the oh so ever present butt. Thanks Scout
