It looks like you have one more day before you can (you need 20 days). When that 20th day hits, just click the "Quick Links" bar up at the top and you'll see a link that says "Sig Weight Tracker".

If you edit your signature and add a starting weight, that should do it.

With a starting weight of 200 pounds, it will look like this.
