Default how to insert weight tracker into blog?

Last Wednesday I was able to insert my weight tracker into my blog post. Today I have tried all the codes and I cannot get my weight tracker to show up! And I can't remember which one that worked last time.

Hi Use the HTML code from the various selections the tracker offers. Then when you paste it in your post, make sure you are on the HTML tab and not the Visual tab (these tabs are just to the upper right of the box where you write your post).

Ahh I still don't understand! So you go onto the visual tab and then just straight copy and paste the code into the post without any other tags around it? I keep doing that and it just shows up as a full stop :\
