How do I get one of the loss counters.I read something about a minimum number of posts,if this is so what is the number?

I have been on for 20 days and have had 20 posts. I picked out my tracker, now how does it get on my posts? do I have to cut and paste or does it just do it automatically?

Once you have created your signature, copy it by highlighting it and using Cntrl C.
Then go to the User CP which is on the lefthand side of your screen. Select Edit Signature.
Scroll down until you hit the signature area. Use Cntrl V to paste in the code for your signature.
Preview and then Save Signature.
