Adding another blog to my blogroll

I am finding other blogs I want to follow, but I can't figure out how to add them to my blog roll----can someone give me directions?

Hi Scarlet, sorry it took me so long to reply. Go to the blog admin panel, click 'manage', then click 'links'. You'll have to add the actual link, not just the username. For example - 3fatchicks.com/diet-blogs/blogname/ .
