I'm a newbie just wondering if someone can educate me to understand the of organizing my posts on my diet blog. I'm a smart girl (I swear) but I think I'm lost between posts, pages, and categories! Here are my questions:
1. Will everything I post and save/publish show up on my 1st page?
2. If I want to only put exercise tracking on my "exercise" page, do I simply only edit that specific page as opposed to "post" something new?
3. If so (to ? #2), am I better off to use categories than pages to sort and view all of my info on one subject?
I think I've probably burned a few calories in the forum trying to sort this out on my own
Any help would be much appreciated!
