Thank you again for posting that link, Shannon. I just read everything I could access on that page without signing up. It was great information! I was laughing to myself when reading the April issue and they showed MY recipe for Kale, Onion, Garlic and Feta Cheese. I thought I made up that recipe. Looking at the picture it looks exactly like mine, except my kale is a little more wilted. I'm having that for lunch today.
I tried to copy the recipe for the Chipotle Cheddar Crackers but the site did not allow "copy" so I typed the whole thing in by hand and saved it in my recipe file. That is one recipe that might make me buy almond flour, flaxseed, and sesame seeds. OR, I just might look for some gluten free crackers in the supermarket.
If I had started this a year ago I would be at goal today!
