Well I only loss .4 for the month. I guess I can count that as a victory since I didn't do too much damage over the holiday. I found that I can't eat as much as I use to and with what I ate for two nights I woke up with a stomach ache. So it's not worth it to need to go to the bathroom and can't. Better luck in December
