VitaTops makes some sugar free/low carb flavors of their product, I eat the regular kind as part of my breakfast because they're only 100 calories. I pair mine with fruit or cereal but you could also try doing a one or two egg scramble with it.

I'm not a diabetic, but I think these would both be good for you:
Eggs - hardboiled if you are on the go. YOu can make up a batch for the week.
Greek yogurt - you can get it paired with honey (or add your own honey or agave nectar), or with some jam/fruit compote (or add your own sugar-free or low sugar jam), or just add a packet of splenda if it is too sour. You could also add some granola.
Cheese - a small block of cheese (babybel is good for portability) or a thing of string cheese - either with an egg or on its own.
And you could pair any of teh above with a piece of fruit.

Oatmeal occasionally, doesn't really stick with me personally through the whole morning.

My usual breakfasts:
-1 piece of whole wheat (or sprouted grain) toast spread with 1/2 oz neufchatel cheese and an egg white cooked with spinach (with or without slices of tomato)
-1 piece of whole wheat toast spread with roasted red pepper spread, a piece of turkey bacon, and an egg white cooked with spinach
-A whole wheat/low carb wrap with a veggie egg white omelette with or without cheese inside
-Homemade turkey sausage patties with eggs or egg whites (or an omelette)
-"Huevos Rancheros" with mixed vegetables cooked with salsa, an egg, on a pan fried sprouted grain tortilla, topped with fresh Parmesan.
My breakfast for the past month is a big bowl (1 C) of fresh blueberries & either sliced strawberries or a peach topped with light whipped cream, along with 1/2 C plain greek yogurt (I am a purist with my yogurt, so I don't like to mix the fruit with yogurt). Within an hour after breakfast, I embark on my morning workout routine. The fruit really gives me the energy boost. Some days I hold the yogurt until after the workout.

im with the fresh or no sugar added canned fruits, with greek yogurt. I do atkins, so fat is ok, and I like the greek gods yogurt. I add splenda as needed. For some added texture, muesli or all bran or fibre1 makes a nice addition. I break up an atkins soy bar myself for the texture and fibre.
I also do the hard cooked eggs, especially as egg salad with celery and on lettuce, for easy breakfast or lunch. If I am tired of eggs for breakfast, don't hesitate to go with supper leftovers.

Fiber one cereal with almond milk (unsweetened)
Oatmeal, oldfashioned with a little honey (or sugar-free sweetener)
Banana with peanut butter
Although I rarely eat breakfast. I eat shortly after I first wake up, but I eat lunch/dinner foods mostly. I'll often eat these breakfast foods as a snack. I don't see anything wrong with this- in many cultures, breakfast is a very calorie heavy meal, preparing one for a long day. By eating 400 calories in the morning and 200 at night (basically switching breakfast and dinner), I eat more of my calories during the time of day during which I'll be burning the most calories (rather than when I'll be sitting on the couch watching TV or reading in the evening).
