Default mmm breakfast alternative

Found a delicious greek yoghurt at the health food store (greek gods brand!)
and with a few walnut pieces in it, is my new breakfast alternative.
People on atkins get surprisingly tired of eggs for breakfast, and this makes a nice change. In the days when I ate grains, I used to add granola or muesli into my yoghurt, now its ground nuts. yum either way.

I've not seen it in the regular grocery stores around here but will look for it. Sometimes I drain regular yogurt overnight which thickens it but I'm sure the real stuff would be better.

Fatmad,
Greek yogurt is yummy! A walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. Walnuts help develop more than 3 dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.
