Oh Ruth, so sorry, this will be a hard week for you. I know you will miss your friend.
Well its the end of November, and I am now one pound less than I started. I haven't moved the ticker yet, waiting to see if I can sustain it. Still working on a general downward trend.
Went for yoga today, but the room was so hot, I think my blood pressure dropped and I had a vaso-vagal reaction, I had to lie down for a while. Will have to watch that. Have been walking too, so exercise everyday so far this week. That is my goal, having exercise at least 5 days this week, and every week.
