Default Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Pancake Mix

I am going to post this in multiple locations on this board.

I was in the grocery store the other day and found this product:
http://maplegrove.stores.yahoo.net/lowcasufrpam.html

Here is the nutritional information:
http://www.maplegrove.com/img_popup1...PancakeMix.gif

My DH has diabetes and it looks like this would be a great product for him. There are also recipes on their site that use this product to make breads, muffins, etc.

Has anyone tried this product, yet? TIA

Have never seen this. Have you now tried it? How does it taste? I am low carb so probably wouldn't use it much at this point, but maybe someday.....

No I haven't made it yet. I was thinking about making some blueberry muffins for my DH this week. I'll report back on my thoughts when I do.

I made blueberry muffins with the mix and my Husband liked them. I didn't add enough stevia for him. I need to figure that out. At least he liked it enough that I can make a variety of muffins for him.
