I'd love it if I could afford a personal cook and personal trainer to help. But it is doable. When I think its been 8 months to lose 16 pounds, just 2 per month! I think, this is agonizing, but at least its 16 pounds down, not up, and slow loss with a meal plan I can stick to in the long term, sounds pretty good. I no longer feel like I am dieting, but rather, have changed my way of eating.
