Default Blood Sugar
My blood sugar has been below 100 3 mornings this past week! I honestly think it is the exercise amounts I have done this week. Anyway, very exciting considering back in April my numbers were 200 - 250 every morning!!!!

First Mini Goal: 223

Second Mini Goal: Onederland - Weigh 199

Third Mini Goal: Weigh 175

1st Major Goal: Weigh 160

Final Goal: Weigh 145ish and go on maintenance
