Default Insulin change?
My sugar was slightly high last night. After giving myself the usual dosage of insulin for that level, it plunged 130 points in two hours, causing a mild seizure.

I've been stalled with my weight loss for about a month, but I am more physically active now, and I'm wondering if maybe I need less insulin?

You have certainly lost a lot of weight (YOU WEIGH LESS THAN ME!!!) I would go ahead and ask your doctor.
