Talking New To Board

Hi, I am a 60 year old fat chick with type 2 diabetes, had a heart attack in 2004 and had triple bi-pass surgery, and have neuropathy in my feet and hands.
My goal is to lost approx. 20 pounds because of health reasons.
Looking for a buddy or two to help with this lifestyle change!
I am hoping that if I change my lifestyle I can get off some of my meds.
Looking forward to meeting everyone!!
Carol

Hi Carol . . .

to 3FC; the Diabetes Forum; and (hopefully) our regular monthly Dieting with Diabetes Thread. You've definitely come to the right place, girl. If we just keep on moving and shaking and doing the best we can, we will all definitely be moving down that long winding road to better health and fitness together.

See you soon.
