a few ideas:

Use orange flavour jello and decorate pie with canned mandarin oranges;

use strawberry jello and decorate pie top with sliced strawberries;

use peach jello with sliced peaches for topping the pie;

use cherry jello and decorate pie with canned, pitted cherries.

Love this recipe but I thought it not quite sweet enough so I added 3 Tb Scoopable Spenda and it was perfecto! And if you omit the graham its great for low carb and phase 2 SB.
