Red face Low Carb Peanut Butter Fudge

I'll be making this for DBF's Birthday, Christmas and, if he likes it...Valentines Day!

Can you do the recipe w/o whey protein? I have all ingredients but that and I'm iced in the house now (seriously...the ice this week stinks!!!)

Honestly, I've never tried it without the whey protein, so...I can't really answer your question.

This is delicious, it does not taste low carb at all

I adore peanut butter fudge and this looks AWESOME! Thought fudge was out of the question for sure! By some coincidence, the protein powder I chose (out of like 15 flavors) is indeed vanilla, great! As tempted as I am to race to the store tonight and get cream cheese, I'm going to wait until after Thanksgiving. I've been looking for low carb treats that I can enjoy instead of the large variety of cookies and candies I normally make for Christmas!

This wouldn't work without the whey protein powder to hold it together.

I can not have peanuts so do you think I could do an almond or cashew one?
