3 Tablespoons ground golden Flax seed
2 Tablespoons Davinci's (I suggest caramel, irish cream, or something like that)
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
How to Prepare:
Mix all ingredients into a firm ball. Spray a plate with a little cooking spray (optional) and spread the ball thinly on the plate. (about 1/4 thickness). Microwave for about a minute, and flip it using a spatula (it should be firm, but soft). Microwave another 2-3 minutes to desired crispness. (I like a crunch, so I do 4 minutes total).
