2 cups whipping cream
one 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box of sugar free jello, any flavor
1 tsp. vanilla
Whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form, set aside. In large measuring cup or bowl, mix the jello with 1/2 cup boiling water until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese and the vanilla. Slowly add the jello, whipping gently to blend. Now add the whipping cream in small additions, beat slightly between additions to mix, do not overbeat. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Carb count depends on your cream cheese brand.....sf jello is about .4 carbs for the whole box. My total is usually around 20 carbs for the whole bowl...which easily makes at least six servings!
