2 cups heavy cream
1 tbsp Vanilla
12 packets Spenda - but you could probably get away with 8.
Mix well until creamy, but not foamy. Bake at 325 for approx. 1 hour in a water bath. Can do individual custard cups or one large bowl.
Will work on adjusting the recipe and will have to get my hands on some of that DaVinci carmel syrup for a topping - though I find I don't really miss it all that much.
I really liked this a LOT the first day but it seemed as the days went on, the Splenda aftertaste got stronger. I will try it next time with fewer packets.
