Whoops! Forgot to say 'and cream cheese'. Put them both (peanut butter and cream cheese) together in a small cup in the microwave and heat. It is just so you can mix them up easily. It is one heaping tablespoon of each (equal amounts). If you don't heap it up, it will be too sweet for a whole pack of Splenda.
