Low-carb chocolate chip cookies
 

I found the ultimate recipe online for low-carb chocolate chip cookies! I made them and I can honestly say they are AMAZING! I can't tell they are low-carb at all. In fact, the almond flour (which is the predominant flour in the recipe) adds soooo much flavor to the cookie that I personally think these are BETTER than ordinary chocolate chip cookies. Oh, AND (bonus) they are gluten free, too.

I am giving some as a Christmas gift to my mother-in-law, who is Type 2 diabetic.
