This dessert is 2 points plus value if you are on Weight Watchers:
A friend of a friend came up with this fairly healthy "mousse," and it is pretty darn good on its own. It is even better as a dip for fruit.
1/2 Cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (unsweetened, not* pie filling.)
6 Tablespoons Cool Whip Free
Splenda (or other sweetener) to taste -- I used three packets
A pinch of Allspice (pumpkin pie spice also works)
A pinch of Cinnamon (to taste)
Stir everything together and enjoy! 2pp for approx. a cup of "pumpkin mousse."
