I got this recipe from a website called Truly Low Carb Recipes at trulylowcarb.com/recipes
1 cup whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa (I used 2 tbsp)
1 cup Splenda (I added liquid Sucaryl as well)
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
In separate bowl, beat cream cheese until very smooth. Beat in peanut butter, cocoa and Splenda until well mixed. Take a large spoonful of the whipped cream and blend it into the cream cheese mixture to soften it a bit more. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate for a while.

I had mine for my Reward Meal dessert and topped with a chocolate sauce and some toasted pecans. Very easy and very good but...be careful. If you're like me, just the taste of something sweet can get the cravings growling again.
If God wanted me to touch my toes, He would have put them on my knees.
