Hi, I use this as my dessert on Sundays mostly, it is not carb free but it is closer than most.
1 box sugar free chocolate fudge pudding ( I use Jello brand)
1 ready made low fat grahm cracker crust
1 tub of whipped cream
Make the pudding as the box instructions say, then add 1/2 cup whipped cream and fold it into the pudding until good and mixed, add mixture into the crust and chill for an hour.
Also to save carbs you can eat it without the crust and it tastes wonderful and you wont be able to tell its sugar free!!!!
