Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

  • I came across this recipe while researching SB. I made it and just loved it.

1 container of Fat Free Cool Whip
1/3 Cup Reduced fat creamy peanut butter (Used Skippy for my points calculations)
1/4 light chocolate syrup (used Hersheys for the calculation)

Line a cupcake pan with 12 foil/paper liners.

Mix half the container of cool whip with the peanut butter.

Fold in the remaining cool whip.

Divide mixture into 12 liners. Around 2 Tbsps per liner.

Drizzle 1 tsp of chocolate sauce on top of each cup and put in the freezer.

Once frozen, remove from pan and put into a freezer bag.

    Enjoy!

    12 Servings

    1 serving = 1 cup

    1 serving = just under 2 points, but I round up...so 2 points
  • Oh, yum! I tried that recipe when I was trying SB out a few years ago and it was sooo good! I made it again once even after I had enough of trying SB, lol. Problem for me was that it's so yummy I couldn't just stop at one serving. I tried it with crunchy PB and liked it even more.
  • Oh my gosh, that sounds absolutely deadly!

    I must try it! Haha!

  • that sounds DANGEROUS..lol
  • Sounds delicious! I'm a peanut butter and chocolate addict : )
  • sounds yummy, but I need a substitute for the cool whip - darn allergies!
  • Update!
    I made these tonight
I used an 8 oz container of Cool Whip Lite, reduced fat creamy JIF peanut butter, and Waldens ZERO CALORIE (I was shocked) chocolate syrup.
I put in all in the recipe builder on WW online and it was indeed 2 points each!

    Yummmm...
