Berry Ice Cream

I tried this tonight with my daughter, and OMG it was delicious!!!

This isnt for induction, as it is full of berries. But still a low carb recipe.

1 10oz bag of frozen strawberries (or what ever berry you choose)
1/2 cup splenda or sweetener of choice
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 capful vanilla

In a food processor, blend sweetener an berries, until there are no big chunks.

Then slowly pour the heavy cream and vanilla onto the berries while it is whirling around.

Scoop out and enjoy!
