Hi. I found this recipe on the Weigt Watchers thread and I changed it around a bit so that its lower carb.
Six thin chocolate wafers
2 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar equalivalent (I use Somersweet)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa ( I use Wondercocoa)
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips.
Crumble the wafers and spread over the bottom of an 8 inch pan sprayed with cooking oil. Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well using a mixer or blender. Add the chocolate chips at the end. Bake at 300 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
Makes 10 servings at 12 carbs per serving. Enjoy!
