Default lemon dessert

Pami
I think I know this recipe.

Place package of SF jello powder and one cup boiling water in blender. Whiz for a couple of seconds. Add one cup of fat free cottage cheese and blend really well. Pour into shallow pan and refridgerate.
Sometimes I pour it over graham wafer crumbs. Other flavours of jello are good, too.

Sorry it took so long for me to reply. I had to register first!
