These are really yummy and are called tarts but more like pastries... I think I overbaked a bit @ 40 min, they were kind of dry.. next time i will try 30 min.
1 1/4 cups Granular Splenda
2 teaspoon Granular Splenda
3/4 cups melted SB friendly margarine
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup sliced almonds
-Preheat oven to 350F and grease 10 small metal tart trays with margarine or cooking spray.
-Mix margarine and 1 1/4 cup Splenda together until blended.
-Stir in eggs and extract, mix, and then add the oat flour.
-Pour evenly into the tart trays and divide and sprinkle the almonds/ 2 tsp of Splenda ontop. Bake for 30-40 min.
As a side note, if you can't find oat flour, just grind slightly more than 1 1/2 cups of old fashioned oatmeal in a blender.
