one carton of strawberry banana no sugar added yogurt (6-8 oz.)
one snack sized cup of unsweetened applesauce
one cup of frozen strawberries
Put everything into a bowl and use a hand blender to mix it smooth. It comes out thick but smooth enough to drink with a straw. This could probably work with any combination of fruit and yogurt. I bet blueberry would be good too!
This made enough for all three of us to have a nice sized portion and was really good!
