Key Lime Cheesecake

1 box Vanilla S/F F/F Instant Pudding Mix
1/2 cup Key Lime Juice
2 cups L/F Ricotta Cheese

Mix Key lime juice into ricotta with a whip, then pudding mix. Chill until set.

Forgive my ignorance, but is Lime juice and Key Lime juice the same???

Actually, they are slightly different. A Key Lime is a variety of lime that is grown in Florida (in Key West, I believe). My grocery store sells both regular lime juice and Key Lime juice but I would think either would work just as well.
