2 Oranges ( boiled for an hour, then Puree) can use all the peel or peel from just 1 orange.
250 grams Almonds crushed or Almond meal
1 Cup Slenda
1 tsp Baking Powder
6 X Large Eggs.
Blend Almond, Splenda & Baking powder to a fine powder.
Mix Eggs into orange Puree, them add Almond mix.
Bake in a RING pan @ 180C / 350F for 55 to 60 mins.
