sorry, I didn't read carefully.

Do you have a recipe you love? Maybe post it and see if people have suggestions? Cottage and Debbie are really good at converting recipes

Ingredients
6 egg yolks
3 tablespoons sugar
1 pound mascarpone cheese
1 1/2 cups strong espresso, cooled
2 teaspoons dark rum
24 packaged ladyfingers
1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate shavings, for garnish

Directions
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer with whisk attachment, beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale, about 5 minutes. Add mascarpone cheese and beat until smooth.

In a small shallow dish, add espresso and rum. Dip each ladyfinger into espresso for only 5 seconds. Letting the ladyfingers soak too long will cause them to fall apart. Place the soaked ladyfinger on the bottom of a 13 by 9 inch baking dish, breaking them in half if necessary in order to fit the bottom.

Spread evenly 1/2 of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Arrange another layer of soaked ladyfingers and top with remaining mascarpone mixture.

Cover tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to 8 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

this is a recipe i found on the net (if not i needed to translate mine but it matches almost) the ladyfingers what can i use instead?
i really love this recipe and i will be verrrry greatefull if u help me transform it to SBD friendly recipe

there are lots of low carb tiramisu recipes out there but I'm not sure how any of them are. Maybe start with a google search and see if anything looks like a possibility?

Are you looking for something for yourself, or a company recipe? If you are doing it because you miss the dessert, then work with the Ricotta dessert - Put the ricotta in a mini processor, then add some vanilla and rum extracts, maybe some cinnamon and sugar substitute. Sprinkle some espresso powder and Cocoa on top. No, you won't have the lady fingers, but you'll have the rest of the flavor!
And - it's P1 friendly!

I realize I'm months late, buuuuuuuuuut...I don't think you're really going to find anything that's going to match up to the taste of a real tiramisu.

Tiramisu is my absolute FAVORITE dessert of all time, so I treat myself every once in a while (maybe 3 times a year?) and split a slice w/ my mom at Olive Garden. They also have tiramisu in a dessert shooter there, so it's just the perfect size to indulge but not overdo it.

Maybe not the best advice, mind you, but my advice would be to indulge in the real thing once in a while.
