Baked Apple Recipe
 

This is a very old WW recipe.
Core apples, sprinkle whatever spices you like over apples and pour diet soda (I like raspberry or sprite over apples) and bake at 350 until knife goes in softly usually about 20 minute, the soda becomes a nice sugary syrup.

That sounds good sophie...I remember a recipe I tried once before SBD and it involved apples..mountain dew...butter...and some other evil foods but it was delicious. I think I'm going to give this a try soon with pumpkin pie spice and diet mountain dew. Thanks for the idea!
