Pumpkin Spiced Ricotta Creme
 

Hey All... Just found this recipe and it's DELICOUS... Hope you enjoy :)

SBD Pumpkin Spiced Ricotta Creme

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground dried ginger
2 (1 gram) packets sugar substitute
Splash of SF Flavored Syrup (optional - I use SF Vanilla)

DIRECTIONS:
Mix together all the ingredients and chill. Scoop into dessert bowls or hollowed-out mini-pumpkins and serve.

FYI - I mixed the ingredients and ate the creme right away - Didn't even need to chill it - It was delic!
