Yogurt Jello

I tried this the other day and thought it was great. I really don't like plain jello.

1 pkg any flavor jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

Mix boiling water and jello powder until disolved. Add cold water. Place in fridge for approximately 30 minutes to cool but not gel. Add yogurt and whisk until smooth. Let refrigerate until gelled and enjoy.

I made this with peach jello and it was very good. Today I am trying raspberry and did the quick method using ice cubes and then added the yogurt. Can't wait until it is gelled so I can try it!!

Would this also work with sf/ff flavored yogurts that either matchor blend with the jello flavor? I think lemon in lime jello or strawberry in strawberry jello would be good! The possibilities are endless!!

It probably would work with flavored Jellos but remember that it then becomes a phase 2 dessert.

Sugarfree yogurts, not jellos! SF Jello is okay for all phases.
