Creamy Gelatin Squares
This recipe is from the Kraft website and its great using different jello flavors. Gives you a different twist other than just plain jello.

Creamy Gelatin Layered Squares

1 1/2 cups boiling water
8 ounces Lime SF Gelatin (or any other kind)
ice cubes
1 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups cool whip Free -- divided
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 1/2 cups. Add to Gelatin, stir until completely melted. Refrigerate about 45 minutes or until thickened. Remove 1 1/2 cups gelatin and set aside. Add 3/4 cup cool whip to remaining gelatin, stir with wire whisk til blended. Pour into a 8 inch square dish. Refrigerate about 15 minutes until set but not firm. Carefully spoon reserve over creamy layer dish. Refrigerate 3 hours or til firm. Cut into 9 squares. Top each serving with a dollop of remaining cool whip
