Jello Knox Blocks -- all Phases

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Maybe this has been posted, but I thought I would add it because it's a great item to maybe take to work, or give to kids, or just snack on. I don't enjoy spooning out jello from a bowl, and these are "finger foods." I think this recipe was from a Knox gelatin box:

Knox Blocks
4 envelopes of Knox gelatin
3 small boxes of sugar free Jello
4 cups of boiling water.

Mix together and put in a 9x13 pan. Let it cool. It hardens pretty fast, sometimes it is ready to use in an hour, depending on how cold the refrigerator is. Then cut in small squares or rectangles, or use cookie cutters.
__________

I think 1/2 of the large box of Jello mix equals a small box of Jello. I made the lime this week and really like it.

Chickpea

I did this last week with my jello. I agree, the only way that I can scoop jello out of a bowl is if there is whipped cream mixed in. Definate no..no...

I just followed the jigglers recipe and reduced the water called for by half. It's like having finger food, and the flavor is a bit more concentrated so it disguises the after taste a little bit better.
