I was able to get a sample of natural almond butter at Whole Foods tonight and decided to make something other than the peanut butter cup. If you love chocolate and you love almonds try this!
1 Tbsp FF Cool Whip
2 TBS all natural almond butter (I used Jason's from Whole Foods)
Microwave the fudgecicles for 20 seconds, until mostly melted (this makes it easier to combine)
Add the cool whip and mix together with a fork.
Add the almond butter and put in the freezer for at least an hour.
It tastes like a chocolate covered almond and it is very satisfying!
Almond butter is also a tad better for you than peanut butter.
